of the client's death or incapacity, naming beneficiaries, deciding
between a trust or last will as the means of distributing the client's
property after death and ways of avoiding the probate process.
Estate planning documents may include a revocable living trust, last
will and testament, durable power of attorney, designation of health
care surrogate and living will. For those clients with substantial estates,
(ie.those exceeding Two Million Dollars) sophisticated estate planning
techniques are available. Regardless of the size of your estate, the
