The National Academy
of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. is a non-profit association that assists
lawyers, bar organizations and others who work with older clients and
their families. Established in 1987, the Academy provides a resource
of information, education, networking and assistance to those who deal
with the many specialized issues involved with legal services to the
elderly and people with special needs.
The American
College of Trust and Estate Counsel ("College") is an association,
of lawyers skilled and experienced in the preparation of wills and trusts;
estate planning; probate procedure and administration of trusts and estates
of decedents, minors and incompetents; to improve and reform probate,
trust and tax laws, procedures, and professional responsibility; to bring
together qualified lawyers, whose character and ability will contribute
to the achievement of the purposes of the College; and to cooperate with
bar associations and other organizations with similar purposes.

The NAF was established in 1994 by adoptive parents who understand
the unmet needs adoptive families have for financial support and advocacy.

Adoption services serves the needs of birth families, adoptive families
and adoptees throughout their lives. We are licensed as a Child Placing
agency by the Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services.
